Free Medical Care for the Rescued and Abandoned

At Amma Nanna Anada Ashramam, every life matters β€” especially those who have been forgotten by society. Many of the individuals who come to us have been abandoned on the streets, suffering not only from hunger and loneliness but also from serious health conditions. Some have untreated wounds. Others struggle with mental illness, infections, or age-related diseases. Most of them have never seen a doctor or taken proper medicine in years.

We believe that medical care is not a privilege β€” it is a right.

πŸ’Š A Life-Saving First Step
When someone is rescued and brought to our ashramam, the very first thing we do is provide urgent medical attention. Our team ensures that each person is given a full check-up. Whether it’s dressing wounds, starting psychiatric care, or managing chronic illnesses like diabetes or blood pressure β€” we begin the healing process from day one.

For many, this is the first time in their life that someone has cared enough to treat their pain.

Beyond Physical Health
Many of the rescued are mentally challenged or suffering from trauma. We provide psychiatric evaluations, emotional support, and if needed, long-term mental health care. Healing their minds is just as important as healing their bodies.

We treat every individual not as a patient, but as a family member who deserves love and dignity.
